Quote Auto-Advance Adjustment

It would be really helpful to have an approval/signature step when a customer accepts a quote.

For example, instead of a customer simply clicking “Accept,” they would be required to check an agreement box or provide an electronic signature confirming that they agree to the quote, pricing, and attached terms & conditions.

This would give service businesses much stronger confirmation that the customer has officially agreed to the work and policies, especially cancellation terms. It could help reduce last-minute cancellations and disputes because there would be a clear record showing exactly what the customer agreed to when accepting the quote.

Ideally, businesses could also make the signature/agreement required before the quote can be accepted and the job is confirmed.
