We've also fixed numerous bugs and continue to plan ways to make Rotor an even better platform for the long run.

Links for Quotes, Invoices, Receipts, Agreements will all log them into the client portal
Customers and Leads can see all the Appointments, Invoices, Quotes, Agreements, and their card on file

Link previews will show your brand logo
Anytime your clients can visit the portal and login via their phone number or email. They can access it at <company-name>.portal.getrotor.com/p/login

We are excited to announce some new features that will help as your businesses grow. Navigate to your Analytics page on Rotor to see a bunch of helpful metrics.
Get Help When You Need It
We encourage you to use our in-app chat for feedback or when you get stuck. Find it on the home page (bottom right on desktop) or in the mobile app under More โ Help & Support. Our AI assistant has been recently updated and can help with immediate questions, and our team reviews all messages to provide additional support when needed.
Important: Action Required for Meta Users
Reconnect your Meta account - Delete your existing integration and reconnect
Necessary so we can have permissions on ads
Set up Converted Statistic - Configure which lead stages count as converted leads (this calculates based on the lead's projected value field)

You can now create and send professional quotes to your leads or customers โ by email or text!
Each quote includes a personalized link where customers can view, approve, decline, or request changes. When they take action, company admins are instantly notified so your team never misses a beat.
Quotes are fully customizable โ you can:
Add line items
Choose a service frequency (one-time, quarterly, semi-annual, etc.)
And once approved, convert the quote directly into a scheduled job
Create quotes from:

Make your quoting process faster, smarter, and fully on-brand with the new Quotes feature.

Understanding your automations just got way easier.
Weโve added a brand-new Flow View that lets you see how your automations connect and trigger each other in a clean, visual layout powered by React Flow.
No more guessing how a text, tag, or task came to be- just click the Flow icon next to any automation to instantly see the chain reaction of triggers and actions itโs connected to.

You can also head to Engagement โ Automations to view all your automation flows together, explore connections, or even create, edit, and delete automations right from the visual canvas.

This update makes it simple to spot overlaps, streamline your workflows, and build automations with total clarity.
