Web: Scheduling one-time jobs reverts to today's date after agreement
When scheduling a one-time job on the web dashboard after an agreement, the selected date reverts to today's date regardless of what was chosen. This incorrect date is then sent to the customer. This is happening on the web platform.

Custom Appointment reminders
It would be nice to have maybe one or two more appointment reminders as wall as the option to adjust how many days in advanced they are sent and the option to send them via email as well. It would help automat this process and the increased communication would help reduce the number of clients that need to be rescheduled and reaching out the day before to get rescheduled

Custom salesmen permissions
Another thing is for my salesman. In the leads & customers on the app they can only see leads or customers they created. They can see all leads and customers on the map. Which great but the problem is they would have to created a whole nother lead or customer pin and contact to be able to edit or sign up on a service plan. For a work around right now I made my salesman and admin so he can edit leads/customers from anyone. For the future as I bring on more salesman I donβt want give them the admin abilities but I want them to be able to edit leads/customers created by someone else.

Weekly Sales Rep Cleaned Revenue Report
I want a way to see the amount of revenue that was cleaned in a specific week that was sold by a sales rep. This would help in tracking team performance and actual collected revenue on a weekly cadence without having to manually export and pivot data.

I want to be able to see received voicemails in an inbox and have the ability to call back people who leave them. Currently, I can't see voicemails anywhere or return calls from them, which is important for my business communication.

Simplify Agreement Signing via Link
I have had a couple customers try to sign on their mobile after sending a service plan and it hasnβt allowed them to. I then have to go meet them and sign in person. Itβs weird because it only does this to some people and others it has worked normal.

- Sales rep and technician commissions calculated for certain periods - Technician increased commission on upsells or line items created from their account - Calculating technician hourly / editing technician hours within the timesheets. Editing which days they worked if they forgot to clock in or editing hours incase they forgot to clock out. - Print invoices/payroll (hours, commissions, tips) for employees/contractors - Tech performance KPIs? Via tech job checklist, # of jobs paid, callbacks or additional visits required for customer - IDEA β Performance pay integration in the future so we can calculate Total Commission β Hourly = Bonus. Bonus is paid in "limbo" the following pay period. Hourly is entitled every pay period. - IDEA β Tracking SGLs (Self Generated Leads) for technicians. (Ex: tech sees a lady walking by and gets her information as a lead, the technician is assigned to the lead automatically, but # of leads and projected value of leads is included in the KPI area for technician payroll.)

Active calls drop upon app navigation
The customer reports an issue where active calls initiated within the Rotor application are prematurely disconnected. This occurs when the user navigates away from the active call screen to any other section of the app, such as the schedule, inbox, or back to the customer profile. The customer states that this behavior is new and did not occur previously. They are seeking a resolution or clarification on the cause.

Canadian accounts auto set address to Canada?
Id like my account to be auto set to CA when booking a customer in instead of putting it in manually. Sales reps also forget to put the correct country in and then the customer home address pins get put in the US when using the map feature on Rotor

Time Tracking and Commission Tracking Edits
Time tracking feature does not include total hours when exported. When I try to print the timesheets within Rotor directly, via Ctr P, it does not include all the dates on screen or total hours. Hourly report also goes by week instead of being able to set a specific date ranges. Being able to export commission and hourly for a tech on the same sheet and cross reference would also be nice. New Commission feature: Edits to commission % does not track over when you re fresh the page or on another desktop. When commissions are printed the uploaded writing is very small and totals are not counted up. The csv for tracking hours and commissions could defiantly use a cleaner format. Tips are not yet included on the commission upload (IK this is in the works but just to add) Important* Commission is based off who is assigned to a job ONLY if a crew has a job assigned under them and the tech is assigned to that job. If you manually assign a tech to a job Rotor does not see that another tech was assigned. Also if a job is scheduled as βUnassignedβ on a calendar date and you manually assign 2 different techs that data is also not transfered over. Commission should be based off who is assigned to a job no matter what even if the job is under another crew that day if you manually assign other techs to it. Ex sick days and another tech covers one of the crew members shifts. Would also be nice if it was possible for a user with admin to perform a job as a tech, and receive commission as a tech on the commission page.

Bug: Cannot open customer card from Pending Jobs widget
I want to be able to open the customer card by clicking their name or the card in the Pending Jobs widget, like I could previously. Currently, clicking does nothing in Chrome. This is important for quickly accessing customer profiles from the dashboard.

I want a way to automatically prevent duplicate leads when someone fills out both a Meta lead form and a website form. Currently, some people fill out both, and it creates duplicate entries. It would be great if Rotor could detect this (e.g., by email or phone) and merge them or prevent the second one from creating a new lead.
