Multiple techs on one job but different sub jobs

Currently, I cant find a way to mark different techs for different parts of a job. Lets say we are doing a window clean and a screen repair. One tech does the windows and then another tech is repairing all the screens and leaves after he finishes that. We pay differently based on the job so we would love to be able to mark the sub jobs for different technicians.
