Paragraph breaks in Price Book and Quoting line item descriptions

When creating or editing descriptions in the Price Book or Quoting feature, there is no ability to create separate paragraphs. All text must be entered as one continuous block, making it difficult to organize information and maintain readability, especially for longer line item descriptions.

Expected Behavior: Users should be able to create multiple paragraphs within a description to separate information and improve readability.

Actual Behavior: The description field does not support creating separate paragraphs, forcing all text into one continuous block.
