The customer is requesting functionality to enforce a checklist that must be completed by a technician *before* they can start a job. They provided examples such as 'closing a service plan' or other pre-job tasks. The current Job/Visit Checklists prevent job completion until the checklist is done, but do not restrict a technician from *starting* a job. Clock-in Checklists are for the start of the day and do not apply to individual jobs.
