Custom salesmen permissions

Another thing is for my salesman. In the leads & customers on the app they can only see leads or customers they created. They can see all leads and customers on the map. Which great but the problem is they would have to created a whole nother lead or customer pin and contact to be able to edit or sign up on a service plan. For a work around right now I made my salesman and admin so he can edit leads/customers from anyone.

For the future as I bring on more salesman I don’t want give them the admin abilities but I want them to be able to edit leads/customers created by someone else.
