Service Plan Renewal: "Sold By" Question

Say the salesman sells a plan and how we do payouts they get commission on each job for the first year completed on the plan. Is there a way it automatically switches to the company after the first year of the plan is completed. So that way it doesn’t show them as a salesman after the first year.
