Separate chat inboxes for customers and leads
Seperate Chat Inboxes
Provide a separate inbox for customers and a separate one for leads/unknown numbers. This would make it much easier to find specific customers or leads and would hopefully also fix the message search issues.

This is actually something that is already possible with the current setup! Just requires making an inbox for them accordingly. Here’s an article where you can learn how to do that:
