Show sending phone number and timestamp in mobile conversation view

In the mobile app's conversation view, messages do not show which phone number they were sent from or when they were sent, while the web app shows both. Only the messages themselves are visible on mobile.

This matters when more than one number is on the account: the account has a 475 and a 203. On the same day one message was sent from the 475 and another from the 203 while on the way to give a quote, and the customer got confused about who was texting her since the two came from different numbers.

Requested changes:

• Show the sending phone number on each message in the mobile conversation view, the same way the web app does

• Show the timestamp on each message too

• Ideally make it easy to tell at a glance which of the account's numbers a given text went out from

Context: field work is almost always done on mobile, which is exactly when it is necessary to see which number a customer was last texted from. Without it, it is easy to accidentally switch numbers mid-conversation and confuse the customer.
