Split a service plan's per-visit price across monthly billing cycles (bill monthly, service quarterly)

Allow a service plan to bill monthly while servicing quarterly, automatically dividing each visit's price evenly across the billing cycles between visits (e.g. $150/quarter → $50/month). Setting the plan to "Cycle Monthly" today doesn't split the quarterly cost, so recurring pest control plans can't be billed the way customers pay. Common for pest control and other quarterly-service businesses.

"I want it to bill monthly... say we're at $150 a quarter, how do we break that down... so it's $50 a month?" ... "the biggest thing is I want to figure out how to do the monthly billing so it splits it up, because it still doesn't look like it's splitting it up like it should."
