Another thing is for my salesman. In the leads &amp; customers on the app they can only see leads or customers they created. They can see all leads and customers on the map. Which great but the problem is they would have to created a whole nother lead or customer pin and contact to be able to edit or sign up on a service plan. For a work around right now I made my salesman and admin so he can edit leads/customers from anyone.For the future as I bring on more salesman I don’t want give them the admin abilities but I want them to be able to edit leads/customers created by someone else.

I want a way to see the amount of revenue that was cleaned in a specific week that was sold by a sales rep. This would help in tracking team performance and actual collected revenue on a weekly cadence without having to manually export and pivot data.

I want to be able to measure and track metrics for individual services (like gutter cleaning or pressure washing) even when they are grouped under a broader "Service Type" (like Window Cleaning). Currently, I can only see metrics for the broad category, which makes it hard to compare the volume of different services we perform. This is important because we often bundle services together to keep line items available during booking, but need accurate backend tracking for each specific service.

I want a way to automatically prevent duplicate leads when someone fills out both a Meta lead form and a website form. Currently, some people fill out both, and it creates duplicate entries. It would be great if Rotor could detect this (e.g., by email or phone) and merge them or prevent the second one from creating a new lead.

We have a physical checklist now but an integrated checklist within Rotor would be sick.- Start-of-day checklist when you clock in — making sure teams have all the tools they need for specific jobs, checked job notes for the day, trucks are filled up, etc.- Techs must fill out checklist before marking job as complete- Integrated with performance KPIs?

One last thing is the stars. For customers that are one time and then customers on service plan should different colors. I think you’re working on it but I’m just curious how that is coming along?

I'm finding that my ROAS isn't accurately reflecting actual revenue from Meta ads. Currently, it's based on projected values from leads marked as "converted" rather than actual sales from serviced jobs. Having ROAS update based on true customer conversions and completed jobs would provide much more accurate and actionable insights for my business.

I have had a couple customers try to sign on their mobile after sending a service plan and it hasn’t allowed them to. I then have to go meet them and sign in person. It’s weird because it only does this to some people and others it has worked normal.

Id like my account to be auto set to CA when booking a customer in instead of putting it in manually. Sales reps also forget to put the correct country in and then the customer home address pins get put in the US when using the map feature on Rotor

Time tracking feature does not include total hours when exported. When I try to print the timesheets within Rotor directly, via Ctr P, it does not include all the dates on screen or total hours. Hourly report also goes by week instead of being able to set a specific date ranges. Being able to export commission and hourly for a tech on the same sheet and cross reference would also be nice.New Commission feature: Edits to commission % does not track over when you re fresh the page or on another desktop. When commissions are printed the uploaded writing is very small and totals are not counted up. The csv for tracking hours and commissions could defiantly use a cleaner format. Tips are not yet included on the commission upload (IK this is in the works but just to add) Important* Commission is based off who is assigned to a job ONLY if a crew has a job assigned under them and the tech is assigned to that job. If you manually assign a tech to a job Rotor does not see that another tech was assigned. Also if a job is scheduled as “Unassigned” on a calendar date and you manually assign 2 different techs that data is also not transfered over. Commission should be based off who is assigned to a job no matter what even if the job is under another crew that day if you manually assign other techs to it. Ex sick days and another tech covers one of the crew members shifts. Would also be nice if it was possible for a user with admin to perform a job as a tech, and receive commission as a tech on the commission page.

I want an API endpoint (like /pins) that returns door-knock pin data, including the disposition (status/outcome), assigned rep, and address fields. This data is currently visible in the Rotor dashboard under Analytics -&gt; Sales Stats -&gt; New Pins, but we need to pull it programmatically to power our internal performance dashboard. Ideally, it should include id, created_at, assigned_to/user id, and pagination.

Dispositions made my another salesman need to have the ability to be edited by another employee. Then ownership of the disposition needs to be transferred. Currently the I can’t even delete an old disposition created by someone else which clogs up the map and make it ineffective. Transfer of disposition ownership would also allow notes to stay on a disposition.

Currently when you want to edit a customer or lead you have generated on the map you have to switch over to the lead or customer page, then you have to search it on the page. You can see details from the map but not edit the details from the map, I think it would be beneficial to edit from the map as it saves time on the door so you aren’t fumbling around infront of a customer or lead to find and edit their information. Not the most important but definitely would make things more efficient which is our goal with a crm.

Last thing for now…. I think😅Say the salesman sells a plan and how we do payouts they get commission on each job for the first year completed on the plan. Is there a way it automatically switches to the company after the first year of the plan is completed. So that way it doesn’t show them as a salesman after the first year.

Service Plan Renewal: "Sold By" Question

I'm not sure if this feature already exists, but I wasn't able to locate it. When completing a job and clicking "Send Invoice," I'd like the option to toggle tax on or off before sending. The same functionality would be helpful for service plans as well.
